This policy explains how My Homeo Buddy delivers orders placed on myhomeobuddy.com.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within India. We may be unable to reach some remote pin codes. If so, we will contact you and cancel or refund the order.

Delivery charges

• Orders of ₹499 or more: free delivery.
• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 delivery charge.

The charge that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you confirm it.

Dispatch and delivery time

• We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day or the next working day, subject to stock.
• Jhansi: usually delivered by the next working day.
• Rest of India: usually delivered in 3 to 7 working days.

These times, and the date shown by the pin code check on product pages, are estimates and not guarantees. Courier delays, public holidays, weather and local restrictions can affect them.

Stock availability

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a replacement or remove the item, and refund any amount you have already paid for it.

Delivery problems

• Please check that your address, pin code and phone number are correct at checkout. Contact us quickly if you spot a mistake, as we cannot change an order after dispatch.
• If a parcel looks damaged or opened, please take a photo and tell us straight away.
• If a delivery fails or a cash on delivery order is refused repeatedly, we may cancel the order and may decline cash on delivery on future orders.
