These terms apply when you use myhomeobuddy.com or place an order with My Homeo Buddy, an initiative associated with Jain Medico Agencies Homeo, Jhansi. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Using this site

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Please give accurate details. You log in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure and never share a code. When you confirm your email at checkout, an account is created with that email and your orders are saved to it.
• You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it or use it for anything unlawful.

Prescriptions

We may ask for a valid prescription before supplying a product, and may decline or cancel an order if the product should not be supplied.

Products and prices

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
• Product photos are for reference. Packaging may change, so please read the label on the product you receive.
• Where a product shows “Price on request”, please contact us for current price and availability.
• We try to keep everything accurate. If a product or price is wrong, or an item is unavailable, we may contact you, correct it or cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. Cash on delivery is available, and online payment options will be shown at checkout when offered. For cash on delivery, please pay the full amount when your order arrives.

Offers and coupons

Offers apply as described on the site, cannot be exchanged for cash and may be changed or withdrawn. We may cancel an order that misuses an offer. Coupon BUDDY15 gives 15% off your first order with a minimum order of ₹299. It is limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other coupons.

Doctor listings and consultations

Doctor profiles currently shown on this site are illustrative samples. Booking through the site is not active and does not create an appointment. To arrange a consultation, please call +91 88810 03366. Any practitioner you consult is responsible for their own advice and treatment.

Intellectual property

The site design, text and logo belong to My Homeo Buddy or its licensors. Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the site, and our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.

Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint, please contact our Grievance Officer using the details below, with your order number if you have one. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
